TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using BambooGro's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

2.1 Product Sales:
- Bamboo up to 1.25" diameter: Primarily sold in full bale quantities
- Bamboo over 1.5" diameter: Available by the piece OR in full bales
- Cutting service: $0.50 per cut (requested at checkout or via email)
- Splitting service: Available for select bamboo types — contact us for specifications and pricing
- Bulk bale purchases: Available for various diameters — email us for quantity details and wholesale pricing
- For custom orders, large quantities, or specific requirements, please contact our sales team for personalized assistance

2.2 Inventory:
- Products are subject to availability
- Real-time inventory is reflected at checkout when possible
- Import timelines may affect availability; we will notify you of any delays

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods:
- All major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
- PayPal
- Money orders (must be mailed with order; email us first for shipping quote)

3.2 Payment Requirements:
- Payment in full required at time of purchase
- No C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) accepted

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

4.1 Shipping Calculation:
- Real-time shipping rates for UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight are automatically calculated at checkout
- If UPS/FedEx rates do not appear, try viewing items individually or contact us for assistance
- LTL freight rates are calculated in real-time based on:
  * Delivery destination (zip code)
  * Freight class
  * Weight and dimensions
  * Selected accessorial services (liftgate, inside delivery, etc.)
- Additional fees may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, or inside delivery

4.2 Delivery Terms:
- Parcel deliveries (UPS/FedEx): Standard residential/commercial delivery
- LTL freight deliveries: Dock, door, or curbside only unless liftgate/inside delivery is added
- Customer must inspect shipment and note any damage on the carrier's delivery ticket

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

5.1 Returns Accepted:
- Only if BambooGro shipped the wrong product (we cover return shipping)
- Customer preference returns accepted at customer's expense
- Cut or split bamboo cannot be returned

5.2 Refund Process:
- Product cost refunded upon receipt and inspection
- Original shipping charges non-refundable (including free freight promotions)
- Refunds processed electronically to original payment method within 5-10 business days

6. DAMAGED ITEMS

- Bamboo is durable but minor cracks may occur during transit
- Damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no charge upon proof of damage
- For LTL shipments, damage MUST be noted on the delivery ticket at time of receipt
- BambooGro will file claims with carriers on your behalf

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BambooGro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
