30-Day Returns
You may return standard (uncut) items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email horticulture@bamboogro.com with your order number and we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Is Paid by the Buyer
Our products are oversized and ship by freight, so return shipping is expensive. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a tracked and insured carrier.

Custom-Cut Items Cannot Be Returned
Bamboo that has been cut or split to your specifications is made to order and is not returnable, except when it arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, a refund for the product cost will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If your order qualified for free freight shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
If items arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund including shipping. For freight deliveries, please note the damage on the delivery receipt (bill of lading) at the time of delivery so that we can file a carrier claim.

Our Mistake
If we shipped the wrong item or otherwise made an error, we will cover all return shipping costs, or issue a full refund while you keep the item — your choice.
