Paid orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.

Real-Time Shipping Rates at Checkout
Because our products vary widely in size and weight, shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on package dimensions, weight, and destination. Parcel orders ship via UPS Ground or FedEx; oversized and bulk orders ship via LTL freight.

Estimated Delivery Times
Parcel orders typically arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch. LTL freight deliveries typically arrive 5–10 business days after dispatch. Actual transit times depend on the carrier and destination.

Oversized Parcels & Freight Surcharges
Any package dimension over 93 inches ships as freight and may incur an oversized parcel surcharge. Standard freight delivery is to dock, door, or curbside; liftgate, indoor drop-off, or residential delivery options may add fees.

Free Freight Promotion
Orders above $2,500 from our U.S. warehouse qualify for free freight. Orders above $250 receive 10% off.
