SHIPPING METHODS & REAL-TIME CALCULATION

• Used for bamboo under 94" in length
• 8' bamboo must be cut down to 94" for parcel shipping
• Note: Real-time rates for UPS/FedEx may not always display for all items or quantities. If you don't see a rate, try switching to single-item view or contact us for a manual quote.

• Required for items over 94" or large volume orders
• Real-time LTL rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, weight, dimensions, and freight class
• Delivery to dock, door, or curbside only (standard service)
• Additional services available for extra fees:
  • Liftgate service (for locations without loading dock)
  • Inside delivery
  • Residential delivery surcharge may apply
  • These options can be selected at checkout or contact us for assistance

PRODUCT QUANTITIES & CUSTOM OPTIONS

• Smaller diameters (up to 1.25"): Primarily sold in full bale quantities
• Larger diameters (over 1.5"): Available by the piece OR in full bales

• Cutting service: $0.50 per cut (requested at checkout or via email)
• Splitting service: Available for select bamboo types — contact us for specifications and pricing
• Custom bale quantities: Available for wholesale and bulk orders — please inquire

INVENTORY & AVAILABILITY

• Bamboo is an imported product; stock levels fluctuate seasonally
• Real-time inventory is reflected at checkout when possible
• We will notify you via email if an item is out of stock or on backorder
• For large or custom orders, please contact us in advance for lead time estimates

PROCESSING TIME

• Orders with confirmed payment are processed within 1-3 business days
• Money order orders ship upon receipt and clearance of funds

• Orders over $250: Get 10% OFF automatically at checkout (retail & wholesale eligible).
• Orders over $2,500 shipped from our US domestic warehouse: Qualify for FREE freight (LTL or parcel, as applicable).
• Orders over $4,000: Receive a custom wholesale quote sheet + priority support (contact us to activate).

• Free shipping applies to orders shipped from our US domestic warehouse only.
• Return Shipping: If you return an order that qualified for free shipping, you are only responsible for the return shipping cost. The original outbound freight fee remains covered by us and will not be deducted from your refund.
